Where we ship
We deliver throughout the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii or international delivery, contact us for a quote.

Delivery times
In-stock items ordered online (PEMF mats, Vitality Salts) ship within 3 to 5 business days and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Large equipment typically delivers in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on stock and manufacturer lead times. Open-box and refurbished units often ship sooner. We’ll confirm your estimated delivery window before you order and keep you updated along the way.

Delivery options
Float pods, hot tubs, red light beds, hard-shell hyperbaric chambers and cryotherapy chambers are delivered, moved in and placed by our moving team.
Saunas and salt booths ship by freight to your curb, flat-packed for easy move-in, with a step-by-step assembly guide and live virtual support. Refurbished and custom units arrive fully built.
Professional installation is available on select systems and is quoted separately.

Shipping costs
Delivery is included in your quoted price unless your quote says otherwise. Online orders show shipping at checkout.

Before your delivery
Please make sure your space is ready, with clear access, any required electrical work completed, and someone available to receive the delivery. We’ll send room prep notes ahead of time. Redelivery or storage fees from the carrier may apply if a delivery can’t be completed.

Inspect at delivery
Check your equipment before signing for it, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
