Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control. Delivery, placement and assembly services are as described in your quote and our Shipping Policy. Unless stated in writing, Max Vitality is not responsible for electrical work, plumbing, permits or local code compliance.

You are responsible for making sure your space, utilities and access are ready, and that your installation complies with local requirements, before delivery.

6. Marketing and Lead Generation Services

Marketing, lead generation, automation and business support services are optional and may be offered as an add-on or a separate service. Results are not guaranteed, because outcomes depend on many factors including location, market demand, ad spend, responsiveness and execution. Max Vitality makes no guarantees regarding revenue, leads or profitability. Any revenue or payback figures shown on our website, including our profit calculator, are illustrative examples only.
